Ergonomic Vertical Keyboards

Ergonomic vertical keyboards are considered the king of the ergonomic keyboard world.  While all ergonomic keyboards will help with your posture and position while sitting at a computer the vertical type of ergonomic keyboard just does a better job all around.

This type leaves your body in a fully correct, neutral typing position which will give your body the most comfort with the minimalist amount of pain over the long haul.  An ergonomic vertical keyboard looks like a computer keyboard that has been cut in half with both pieces going up and down.

While these keyboards do cut substantially more then a normal keyboard the years of extra joint health and increased daily comfort more then make up for the cost in the long term.  The ergonomic vertical keyboard is the newer of the types of ergonomic keyboard and as such doesn't have the number of selections but I have found one very good choice if you are in the market.
