Wireless Computer Keyboards Give Yourself More Space to Work
Now a day everyone is opting for the wireless computer keyboards that you are seeing all
over the place. Wireless keyboards have a lot of advantages, and also some disadvantages, when compared to a
standard keyboard with a cord attached.
Almost everything today is wireless from your TV to remote control airplanes so why would keyboards
be any difference. A very long time ago for most computer users even the remote control for the TV had a cord
but as we have demanded more convenience and ease of use more and more things have become wireless. As
computer use has increased, just like in everything else, the need for more convenience and versatility have become
necessary.
Cord can especially get in your way when you are using a computer in a small or restricted
space. If for whatever reason you have to have your computer components far apart wireless may be your only
way to go. Also if you have a small work space this type might be the only thing you Probably the most
obvious advantage is that you don't have to worry about messing with a cord or it getting in your way when you are
trying to do something. I'm sure anyone that has ever worked at a computer for any period of time will know
that not been tied down by a cord gives you so much more freedom.
Another huge advantage is that you are able to maintain the proper distance from the computer
monitor. You can also sit correctly in a chair which is harder and more uncomfortable with a regular
keyboard then a wireless one.
The range on most of the keyboards is about 10-15 feet. Some of the better ones go for about
100 feet but I cannot see where 10-15 feet would be more then sufficient for most users. Wireless
computer keyboards are slightly more expensive but you get a lot more flexibility when compared to a standard
keyboard.
